    Vegan Chicken Sandwish Recipe

    This vegan sandwich is so good! I just had to share with you.

    You will only need a few ingredients to make this yummy sandwich.

    Ingredients to put in the Sandwich

    1 Tomatoes (sliced)

    1 Avocado (sliced)

    1/2 Cup Spinach

    Bread of your choice

    Ingredients for the "Chicken" meat

    1 Can of Chickpeas, drained and rinsed

    1 Tbsp of white onion (finely diced)

    2 Tbsp of Celery (finely diced)

    3 Tbsp of Vegan Mayo

    1/2 Tsp of Frontier Poultry Seasoning

    Salt and Pepper (to taste)

    Instructions

    After you rinse the chickpeas put them in a bowl and smash them. Then mix in the mayo, onion, celery and poultry seasoning into the chickpeas and mix them all together.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Toast your breads of choice and spread as much chicken as you want on the bread then put the sliced tomatoes, avocado and spinach on top of the chicken.
