    Oil Free Granola Recipe

    I really enjoy making this oil free granola. I put it on my oatmeal in the morning and then I also like to add it to my nice cream bowl later in the day.

    This recipe is really fast and simple, this is my kind of treat!

    INGREDIENTS

    2 Cups of Rolled Oats

    1 Cup of Maple Syrup

    1 Tbsp of Cinnamon

    1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract

    Pinch of Salt (optional)

    INSTRUCTIONS

    First, Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together well.

    Second, Set you over to 350 Degrees.

    Third, Put all the mixture on a parchment paper and leave in the oven to cook for about 10 -20 minutes or until brown. If you want you can mix the oats after 10 minutes and then let it cook for another 10 min. When ready, let them cool down and put in a glass jar.

    They are good for about 2 weeks. Enjoy!
