Cauliflower Hot Wings
INGREDIENTS
1 Small Head of Cauliflower
3 Tomatoes
5 Dates
1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp of Chili Pepper
2 Tbsp of Paprika
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Lemon Juiced
Add Water if needed
*Salt & Pepper (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
First, cut the Cauliflower into small pieces and put it in a large bowl.
Second, put the Tomatoes, Dates, Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Chili Pepper, Paprika, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper and Lemon Juice in a blender, I used the Vitamix but you can use any blender. Blend until smooth.
Third, put the blended sauce into the bowl of Cauliflower and mix well together, once done move the pieces of cauliflower to the trays of your Dehydrator (see instruction below if you don't have a dehydrator). I had to use two trays. Make sure that the pieces are not stacked on top of each other.
Fourth, set you Dehydrator for 117 Degrees. After 3 hours turn the pieces of cauliflower over and leave them there for 3 more hours.
Once they are ready you can take them out and put them on a plate and eat them as is or you can eat them with you favorite dressing, I used my home made Ranch Dressing.
